What are the delivery options?


  • All our deliveries are sent via a tracked and signed for service. Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours.
  • Please note that due to the impact from Covid-19, some local postal services are no longer asking the recipient to sign for items delivered.
UK Delivery Option: Cost / Delivery time from order dispatch:
  • Standard Service - Free (1-3 days)*
  • Express Service - £6.99 (Order by 11am for next working day pre 1pm delivery)*

  • Standard Service - £9.99 (10-14 days)*
  • Express Service - £25.00 (3-5 days)
We offer FREE standard USA & Canadian delivery on orders over £100. *Delivery times are currently impacted by Covid-19. CM Jewellery Designs are not liable for any delays. Europe Delivery Option: Cost / Delivery time from order dispatch:
  • Standard Service - £9.99 (5-7 days)*
  • Express Service - £20.00 (3-5 days)

  • We currently ship to all addresses within Great Britain and Northern Ireland excluding hotels, hostels, prisons, P.O. Boxes and BFPO addresses. We do not deliver to the Channel Islands.

How can i track my order?


  • All shipments that leave our fulfilment centre are sent via first class tracked and signed for service. Please contact us at info@cmjewellerydesigns.com if you have a question regarding your delivery.





Returns

How can i make a return ?


  • Earrings:
Due to hygiene regulations we do not offer returns on earrings. We only offer returns on earrings if your item is faulty.
  • Non-earring items:
We offer a 14-day money back guarantee provided your item is unworn and in the original condition. This means the packaging must remain in perfect form and the tamper seal not broken.




How can i make a return if my item is faulty ?


In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please first contact our customer service number on 020 3283 8667 and we will be happy to assist. We may ask you to email a photo and video to info@cmjewellerydesigns.com to resolve your query quicker. Should you be authorised to return your item, we recommend a signed delivery service with proof of postage. Upon receipt your item will be inspected within 48 hours and if found to be faulty you will be credited in full plus return postage. Please be aware, a credit can take up to 14 days for your bank to process. Faulty items must be claimed within 90 days from date of purchase and cannot be claimed after this time period.




How can i make an exchange?


At CM Jewellery Designs, we do not offer exchanges.
