ORDERING

How can I place an order?


  • To place an order please select your desired item(s) and add to your shopping basket.
  • Once you are satisfied with your selection, follow the instructions on the checkout page to complete your order.
  • As soon as you confirm your order and submit the payment, an automated e-mail confirmation will be sent to you.




Are earrings sold as singles or pairs?


  • Our jewellery is sold as singles unless otherwise stated.
  • To order a pair, please add two of the items to your cart.
  • Our large earrings are the only items we sell in pairs. These items are pictured as a pair and the product description also states they are sold as a pair.




Can I place an order over the phone?


  • For security reasons, we do not accept phone orders.




What payment methods do you accept?


  • We accept the following forms of payment for orders: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay and MasterCard. These payment methods are secure. All submitted personal and payment information is encrypted and secure.
  • If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact our customer service line on 020 3283 8667 who will be able to advise the status of your order.




How will my order be packaged?


  • At CM Jewellery Designs, we are highly committed to minimising our environmental impact on the planet.
  • Our packaging is eco-friendly. Orders are delivered in a plain letterbox compatible bubble-lined envelope.
  • All our jewellery is packed into a clear security sealed transparent bag inside our eco-friendly branded drawstring pouch.




What communication will I receive regarding my order?


  • Once the checkout process is complete, you will be transferred to a page that will display your order confirmation.
  • Soon after, you will receive an order confirmation email that you’ve placed an order.
  • This will be followed by another email once your order has been despatched.




How can I cancel or amend my order?


  • Orders are processed very quickly. Once you have received your confirmation email, your order cannot be amended.
  • For further assistance, please contact us at info@cmjewellerydesigns.com or via our customer services line on 0203 283 8667. We will try to accommodate changes when and if possible.




Can I use multiple voucher codes on one order?


Only one voucher can be used on one order. This means you can save your other voucher for your next purchase! Remember to keep an eye on the expiry date....

What material is CM Jewellery?


  • All of our silver jewellery is Sterling Silver. All of our gold jewellery is also Sterling Silver, dipped in 18ct gold




How do i care for and wear my jewellery ?


  • Always remove your jewellery before washing and avoid spraying perfume, applying creams or any other liquids directly onto your jewellery.
  • Please avoid your jewellery coming into contact with suntan lotions, body oils, deodorant and all hair products.
  • Please keep your jewellery away from extreme temperatures, humidity or sunlight.
  • Avoid wearing your jewellery when using bleach, cleaning products and other chemicals.
  • Avoid swimming in your jewellery as the chlorine will tarnish your jewellery.
  • You can also clean your jewellery with a mild washing up liquid and warm water. Then gently pat your jewellery dry with a soft cloth.
  • Fasten all of your chains to stop them getting tangled, always fasten any extender chains on the last hole.
  • Store all of your jewellery in the airtight zip bag we provide to you. This will keep your jewellery protected and as lovely as the day you first bought it.

How do I purchase an eGift Voucher?


Step 1:

  • Contact CM Jewellery Designs by either emailing info@cmjewellerydesigns.com or by phoning our customer services line on 020 3283 8667.
  • Let us know your requirements and we will be happy to help.
Step 2:
  • Once you have made payment, the eGift Voucher will be emailed containg a voucher code.
  • The eGift voucher can be sent to either yourself or the person you wish to surprise.
Step 3:
  • To redeem the voucher, in the checkout, enter the voucher code in the field titled "enter a promo code".
  • The order value will be recalculated displaying the final purchase price.
A voucher can only be redeemed once and therefore can only be redeemed in full. All vouchers have an exipry date of 12 months.




How do I redeem an eGift Voucher?


  • To redeem an eGift Voucher, in the checkout, enter the voucher code in the field titled "enter a promo code". The order value will be recalculated displaying the final purchase price.

Our eGift Vouchers expire 12 months after the date of purchase.




Are eGift Vouchers redeemable for cash?


  • Our eGift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.




Can eGift Vouchers be refunded?


  • Once eGift Vouchers are issued they cannot be refunded.

What are the delivery options?


All our deliveries are sent via a tracked and signed for service. Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours. Please note that due to the impact from Covid-19, some local postal services are no longer asking the recipient to sign for items delivered. Where do you deliver?


We currently ship to all addresses within Great Britain and Northern Ireland excluding hotels, hostels, prisons, P.O. Boxes and BFPO addresses. We do not deliver to the Channel Islands. Other countries include: Canada France Germany Greece Italy Netherlands Spain USA




How can i track my order?


All shipments that leave our fulfilment centre are sent via first class tracked and signed for service. Please contact us at info@cmjewellerydesigns.com if you have a question regarding your delivery.





RETURNS

How can i make a return?


Earrings: Due to hygiene regulations we do not offer returns on earrings. We only offer returns on earrings if your item is faulty. Non-earring items: We offer a 14-day money back guarantee provided your item is unworn and in the original condition. This means the packaging must remain in perfect form and any tamper seals not broken.




How can i make a return if my item is faulty?


In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please first contact our customer service number on 020 3283 8667 and we will be happy to assist. We may ask you to email a photo and video to info@cmjewellerydesigns.com to resolve your query quicker. Should you be authorised to return your item, we recommend a signed delivery service with proof of postage. Upon receipt your item will be inspected within 48 hours and if found to be faulty you will be credited in full plus return postage. Please be aware, a credit can take up to 14 days for your bank to process. Faulty items must be claimed within 90 days from date of purchase and cannot be claimed after this time period.




How can i make an exchange?


At CM Jewellery Designs, we do not offer exchanges.
